not sure where to put this one

I have a "Warrior for hire" thread that I have bumped a couple of times with great success.
My questions is...when I open it from my direct link, I can't tell what page it is actually in in that section. It just shows my thread. Is there a way to know without having to scroll through every single thread until I find it?

I had that problem myself my friend but I am afraid you will just have to look for your thread the hard way. If you manage to find out please let me know.

I thought that might be the case. There are certainly some aspects of this forum that could be made easier and that's a big one. Thanks anyway.

it would be possible to build an app that done that for you all you would need to to is run the app and it should get your position and report it back to you.

this would be done by building a small macro in excel and getting it to look at the site and report back your position, currently your sitting in position 50

Building a macro sounds like Japanese to me.
I have zero skills in that area but position 50...thanks for letting me know.
What is involved in building a macro??

for me it wont take to long i will see if i can get some time tonight ? i am also guessing there are plenty of people in all sections of the forum wanting positions so i may just build a quick option for all to use, see how i go for time / no promises for a tonight finish though

If you open your stats click on your posts or threads that you have started you might find what you are looking for easier.

You'll still have to go to each page, but just Ctrl + F to bring up the search bar, then just type in the title of your thread... will be much faster than scrolling through all of them

Thanks for the great tips. It's hard to keep track when there are so many posts happening minute by minute.
