Kajabi & Seagate...heck yeah I'm happy

It's refreshing to see companies out there with superb customer service. I've had some bad experiences recently but today I had two amazing customer service experiences so I figured I would give a shout out.

Kajabi - whenever I enter their chat support, I've never waited more than 10 seconds and they are very detailed and friendly. Had a good experience today.

Seagate - I lost my power cord for one of my backup drives and they are sending me a new one free of charge. Customer support was also excellent.

You guys have any good support stories today...or this week?

Just recently one morning I had a question I needed to ask about five different affiliate managers from different networks. I used AIM to contact all of them. Only TWO of them responded to me. The two that responded were PointClickTrack and AdFoundry. I won't mention the other three that didn't respond because I'm not into bashing any of them, but it was nice to get a quick response from those two.

Yep, I don't like working with AMs I can't get in touch with at any moment. When something goes wrong on their end, you want to make sure you can get in touch with them!

I have personal cell phone numbers for some AMs!

I had a similar thing happen to me a few weeks ago.

I use a wireless mouse that utilizes a usb dongle to connect to the PC, but as my wife doesn't use my PC, she came into my office when I wasn't in it to find something in our file draw, which if pulled out quickly will break the dongle (the dongle sticks out pass the draw unfortunately), which she happened to do.

I spent the rest of the day trying to find out how to buy a replacement as this mouse cost me a fortune as was the most advanced mouse when it was released and didn't intend in letting it go so easy. After so many hours, I finally found an old thread on a forum that linked to Logitech's customer support email. So I emailed them asking how I can purchase a new dongle. They asked what model it was and said they would send me a new one completely free.

Not only did they send me one for free, I had troubles getting it to work, so they sent me another one absolutely free.

I've been using Logitech gear for years and never hesitate to recommend their products to anyone.

HostGator also have an incredible chat support. I've never had to wait for than 2 minutes to talk to support staff and they always have a quick fix.

Sweet man! I think more people need to shout out when they have good customer service experiences instead of just calling companies out when they have bad experiences!

      And yes Hostgator is good

Godaddy is good to. Years ago when I was starting I would be on the phone with them for 30 minutes at a time a few times a week haha

Off topic a bit...Chick-Fil-A is always great too!

HostGator support is excellent, they always get back to you within a few minutes. Very happy with them, unlike other hosting companies whose support is terrible.

Unfortunately, Seagate's customer service is so good because they've had LOTS of practice. O.o

The crazy thing is that 15 years ago, their SCSI Barracudas were the most solidly-built drives you could get. I purchased well over a hundred of them for RAID arrays in servers for the company I worked for. Now their 1TB Barracuda has one of the worst reputations in the HDD industry.

Back on topic, yes, I tend to praise great CS, too.
