Google + vs. Google Places??

So is Google + going to replace places ? Anyone have the real low down on this? Do we still create a places page then a + page or is it best to do one or the other or in a different order ?

    Google+ Page as like as facebook page. It don't influence anything, just a feature of Google plus. But Google place is completely different and standalone service of Google. It's not related to Google plus.

      Hi.

      It does however extract all the information from placements if you are creating a business Google+ page.

      Try and create a page for business, it asks for the phone number, it then auto fills a lot of the information and adds a google map showing the location.

    They are separate services. However, I would not be surprised if Google merged the two down the road. I would make a page on both, especially since Google+ is now influencing Google serps.

    You can use both to really get your site out there, but Google+ has the best of it all, its like a Facebook like page with location.
