Define "best"?

Fastest...It depends on the source of the pheed. If the source offeres javascript, just paste the code into your pages. However, there are limitations to this, such as the SEs won't read the javascript.

To add RSS to pages:
1. You need an RSS to html program.
2. You need to add the output of this program to your pages, usually via SSI or php include.

I offer two programs to do this. One is totally dynamic and is a script installed on your host. The second is a desktop program that writes RSS content to static html pages and uploads them. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, to say which is "best" depends on the situtation.

Best = Fastest and can be outsourced easily for more than 50 simple HTML/PHP sites

Sorry to disagree, but best does not equal fastest.

Also, have the sites already been created? If not, and your hosting has a "skeleton directory", you can install a script once, and each time you create a new domain, the softare will be added automatically.

If not, then another solution will be "best" or "fastest".

If you want to outsource, then you should go with what that person feels most comfortable with.

Sorry I didn't meant to reveal the true definition of Best, it's just the best for me as I have a lot of sites to add RSS feed to them. These sites are already created yes. Thanks a lot for your help, it's really appreciated.
