We all know that "the money is in the list". However, how to get a large, targeted, and responsive list is a whole process in itself. What's your biggest problem, fear, concern or question about list building?
Mine is how do you maintain a balance between pitching to your list and nurturing them? What approaches have worked for you? I've heard ratios like 4 emails where you give value to 1 email promoting a product.
