How We Boosted Our Conversions By 1/3

Here something that we did that boosted our conversions by 1/3rd.

We sell back end products to our list, we build list using google adwords and facebook ads.

This might sound scary to you and controversial.

But here is what you need:

1. A !!!GREAT!!! Product
2. A Quality List
3. Awesome Service and Personal interaction

We changed our guarantee from no question 30 days to no question 365 days. And surprisingly the conversion was boosted by 1/3 times. The point is that your product should not suck, you have to keep faith in your product and it should deliver the promise.

You might have seen big gurus and even frank kern recently had 30 day guarantee, the reason why is because the JV contracts they signed. The JV partners want their commission fast and in under 30 days in most cases. The commission can only be paid after the refund period is over.

You might remember the best guarantee that Frank used to offer, life time! And he be honest with it too.

You might know Bill glazer and dan kennedy offers a 365 day guarantee an their is a reason for they, they are not in JV thing.

But if you don't have any of this trouble, or if your bank allows it, then go ahead and offer a 365 day no question guarantee and be honest and give refund if asked as fast as you can.

I do't want you to believe me, but I want you to test it.

Some great advice...I've implemented this on some clients websites and we do see an increase in the conversions....

However banks do have an issue with this and with online information products Clickbank are certainly not a fan of this type of guarantee.

The way we got around this was by offering an amazon gift card as refund.....and it seemed to keep people happy....

That said you will also find that the number of refunds actually goes down since it gives people more time to look over the product and they feel less pressurised to making a decision on whether to keep it or not.
