I've been using Flippa to sell websites for about 2 weeks now. Is it true that flippa has the most amount of traffic looking to buy and sell websites? Also, what alternative sites can i use to sell websites?

Flippa is certainly one of the biggest and most mainstream of the site auction sites...They are the only one I've ever used.

Although http://buysellwebsite.com/ is also something you may want to look at....not as popular but always a good place to sell some of the bigger sites.

Flippa is okay. But Sedo.com is another site but
with high end domain names and websites.

I think Flippa is the biggest one, But you can also use digital point, warrior forum and other webmaster communities as well.

Also I know that some people sell sites through ebay, but I never tried that.

If we sell sites on the Warrior Forum, i notice we have to pay a $20 fee. Is that fee per website we sell? And how long does our thread last, until our site is sold?

You can list as many websites on one listing on WF as you want. Eventually, the listing will scroll off of page one. When it hits page three, you can bump it back to the beginning for another $20 fee. You can do this over and over again if you wanted to. The thread does not disappear, but does get much less notice once it's off of page one.
