Niche Site Checklist - Help?

I created this as a pillar post for my main blog. I hope it will be helpful to newer internet marketers so I'm really looking for some constructive critique from other successful niche site builders.

Checklist for building a niche site

Did I miss any steps?

Is anything unclear?

Is the post helpful?

        Some people might accuse me of sounding like a broken record here, as I keep posting this advice, but ...

        Don't mention domain name registration when you mention hosting. Always, always, always use different providers.

        If the hosting business has a problem (with you or with themselves) and your site goes down, you have no way of establishing it elsewhere because the hosting company has your registration. Buy your domains from somewhere else, keep backups of your site, and if there is a problem get a new hosting contract, upload the backup, and modify the DNS settings in your domain registration.

        Both links worked ok for me too. But I did get a McAfee warning about your site being "suspicious".

        Your niche site checklist looks pretty complete to me.

          Thanks for alerting me to the McAfee warning. I just researched that and made a whole blog post about it. Good content for a site like mine. Pretty clearly I registered a domain that was previously used in a way it was classified as a spam site. Lovely, but it appears that can be fixed through McAfee.
