Hey Warriors!

So I've been considering over a long period of time on making some different investments with the money I've generated from the internet into the offline world. For so long, I've always invested big money into websites and new online businesses but now I've made the decision to make an investment into something offline. It can be anything, excluding stocks and Forex... been there done that.

My question is what do y'all invest in? Cars? Clubs? Buildings? Income Properties. It can literally be anything, I'm a very open minded individual

While many people are running away from real estate today, there are a lot of opportunities available if you take the time to learn your market. Flipping, renovations, and developing rentals is a great way to get involved.

Small cheap cars that can be purchased and then resold is another popular way to increase the return on your dollars. I have a neighbor who buys a car either from the auction or from an estate, details them, runs a carfax report and has a mechanic check it over. He then puts up it up for sale in the neighborhood, publishes a craig's list ad and usually sells it within a week. His average investment $2000 and he makes between $500 and $700 per car he sales.

You do however have to be aware of dealer laws in the area in which you live in order to keep this as profitable, inexpensive and legal as possible.
