Thank them for the offer, confirm you have studied it, and find it interesting, and in return you are going to show them the best of your... whatever you have in stock. But do it via a squeeze page! If they do sign up - you've got new subscribers. If they ignore you, OK, but they may look with a different eye on your e-mails in the future.

Also if you;re on the same safelist, mailer or whatever, you can point to that, too.

Anyway, whatever you do, present yourself as a professional businessman and not some petty spammer shooting mails in bulk to scraped e-mail addresses
