Bigspot is just a portal, but for example:

Surveymonkey or any of those, I've seen some crappy ones out there.

is there any company that distributes surveys if you have enough traffic/targeted audience etc?

    Hi,

    I know that there are several Wordpress plugins to build surveys and possibly Joomla components as well.

    As far as distribution, a good technique could be to partner with other sites, for example convincing a site to allow you to add your survey to their opt in thank you page, etc... Possibilities are endless.
