UK Kindle Sales Setup

I just went over to Amazon.co.uk to see how my Kindle ebooks look there, and I was surprised to see "Pricing information not available." and a notice saying "Kindle titles for your country are not available at Amazon.co.uk. Please shop for Kindle titles at Amazon.com."

Am I seeing that because Amazon.co.uk thinks I am American - is that what all UK customers are seeing? I am really confused about this because I checked off on their interface that I wanted my Kindle titles to be available in the UK, and they are indeed listed there, but without prices. (Or at least prices visible to me.)

Can a UK Amazon customer or Kindle seller explain to me what accounts for what I am seeing and why?

      I see all your Kindle books listed on amazon.co.uk with prices (just like all the others), Marcia. "Marketing for Introverts" is £2.14. "Marketing With Teleseminars" the same. "Marketing With Postcards" is £2.21. "6 Steps to Free Publicity" is £7.15 and so on (many more, of course).

      I suspect that you're seeing what you're seeing because Amazon is detecting your US IP number, whereas mine is a UK IP? (This is purely a guess!).

    If you want to see what your books look like at any other amazon than yours (geographically) use the "Actions" button next to each title on your bookshelf. You can then see prices and all the details.
