The reason I ask is not a very sneaky one. I currently am managing a client and one of her businesses is in this industry and we have been doing some really nice stuff.

Its one location where they staff a variety of doctors and experts in areas connected with general health and wellness. So you will find chiropractors, massage therapists, physical rehab therapy, chiropodists, nutritional counselors, accupuncturists and much more...
As one can tell, there are a lot of connected services alll in one house, so there are really tons of really cool ideas one could do. I want to privately speak with a few of you who have done similar projects and hear your feedback and experiences. Any cool surprises you found on the way?
Here is one I can tell you: Referrals for Health services is a huge goldmine of business for any client. If you pick up a local client who serves in a health related industry, where for example they treat people with injuries - well if you do internet marketing and are doing SEO and PPC, you can not be sure you will get results (or maybe with you can with a seasoned team and experience in the industry..) but if you invest in a good referral building campaign, you will suddenly find your client thanking you profusely for all these new leads!
