Love the website. It looks like you are getting some regular traffic already by looking at comments section. SEO then monetizing with related banner in great position and then moving on to product creation is nice plan. The only suggestion is maybe to have a pop up with a free offer to build a list with your traffic so you can have subscribers to launch it to.
