How To Get JV Partners and Attract Affiliates?

Hi i have a sticking point in my online business.

I struggle getting traffic.I have been told that recruiting affiliates and JVs is the best way to get alot of traffic and build relashionships at the same time.

Where do i go to get JV's? What do you advise on how i approach them?

Also how do i attract quality affiliates to promote my products?

If there is anyone with experience of getting JV's and recruiting affiliates, your input would be appreciated.

Thanks

Its a bit of a catch22 I'm afraid because you will easily get plenty of JVs and Affiliates once you have traffic to show them. JVs in paticular are after internet marketers who have a decent sized list of subscribers, new potential customers which they can promote their stuff too. If you don't have a healthy list of subscribers, your best tactic would be to approach people who do have long lists and offer them a percentage of every sale generated from their mail-out of your product or service.
If you have a good product or service then you should be able to find a few JVs in the popular marketplaces. In regards to affiliates you need to get their attention and again, if your good product or service is a good one and your affiliate offer is fair, you will get people signing-up. The best way to get the attention of affiliates is by contributing and getting involved with affiliate online communities. There is literally thousnads of them online.

As always, the key is too have a good product or service. Affiliates and JV's are definitly important but if I was in your shoes right now I would concentrate on improving your traffic first because affiliates and JVs will come with this too. Make sure your SEO is all good and start attracting social traffic as well as adding new original content to your website/blog every day. If you do this you should start seeing more traffic and its crazy but more traffic actually creates even more traffic with all the people linking to, recommending, and sharing your site content.

If you've only just started out you have to be patient because natural traffic flow takes time to establish. Usually, on average it can take upto 3 months for a site to start reeping the benefits of search engines.

    Good luck.
