Free (non-IM, yes-PLR) report -- where/how do you disseminate this stuff?

OK, so while I'm waiting for my sales page to get revamped by my web guru, I'm still trying to start building traffic. My computer got wiped clean last week, so I lost a lot of great stuff that I was planning on using (Lakshay Behl's Explosional Marketing, the Affiliate Killzone WSOs, etc.)

So, I went back to the War Room, got some ideas, and made myself a smaller report made of pieces of my product, and I want to distribute it. It's PLR, obviously, so people will spread it around. (Rights are listed inside, but they don't include master resell rights. I'm cool with giving it away, giving it away as a bonus, etc - just keep it free and leave my links intact. That's the strategy here, right?)

Anyway, my question to all y'all is, how would you go about giving this thing away? I'm thinking of putting it up on a page and making a video or two for it, but I'm wondering if there aren't something like free-ebook directories that actually get decent traffic, etc.

Anyone have any experience with this and care to share?

The ebook, BTW, will be up here., so any of you in the nutrition/diet niche who want to add a bonus to your product, or just want a giveaway to hand off to your list, can abuse it as you wish. It's solid with good information, but the info is historical, not directly diet-related, so it won't directly contradict any given diet unless you're selling people on the 'eat lots of pasta and sugar' diet.
