How Much Should I Price This Domain On Flippa?

I have two domain names that I will like to list on flippa soon.

They are both in the phone niche and exact match domain. One receives over 1MILLION searches per month but with a .mobi extension. The other one is a two-word domain name and has over 200k searches per month but with a .co extension.

Though I thought of emailing end user but again, I felt I should just list them up for sale.

How much should I price both at a go? Its a 2 in 1 listing. Would $1000 be too high?

If you aren't planning on doing anything with the niche, why not let us know what the domains are. It is tough to evaluate on number of searches and extension alone.

For example MakeMoneyOnline.co would bring in much more money than MyLittlePony.co even if the search traffic was the exact same as people looking to make money online are buyers vs. My Little Pony who would most likely be 8 year old girls. Bad example but you get the point.

I am not saying that your domains won't receive bids either but from my experience people on flippa like to see the site at least somewhat developed.

Of course if you get the right person at the right time anything can happen.
I am not sure if this is the best example. That's an EXTREMELY topical domain name without an easy way to monetize. Also, how many people are actually searching for that term?

Its not yet developed. Just a domain name. But mine is in a niche where money exchange hands regularly;thus commercial. The cost per click is $5 and there quite a number of companies competing for these keywords.

But are you suggesting that I should just set the site, even without traffic, and I would get a buyer?

If your website isn't making money then it's hard to find buyers because people invest when they see they can make money from it ! What they will do of 200K visitors who are nothing to them and aren't making any money to website or buyer !

    So first

    1- develop your website
2- make some money from it
3- List on flippa for sale

You will surely make some good money

    Regards

Well I will just give it a try. If discoupon.com that could hardly get any search sold $500 why wouldn't mine with a much high search sell?

A few weeks ago, someone sold a domain with an exact search term with a .co extension for $500. Why wouldn't mine sell?

Well, I wouldn't know till I try. I just wanted to know if the price would be right.

Thanks. Though I gauged a lot of factors before coming up here, I just felt that I should ask questions some more but it seem there aren't much domainers here.
