As far as I know, CB doesn't do physical products fulfillment. I read somewhere that they were fine with physical products being given as a complimentary to the main product however, I'm sure they don't allow you to sell physical products either (as standalone, main product).

Clickbank handles the sales, affiliates, etc for digital products. Then again, I may be wrong. I've only been with them as an affiliate and not a vendor.

I meant when they have 'shippable' media ? i thought that means shipping out products ? physical products of people ?

If you are planning to sell a DVD you can use Kunaki or any other CDfullfilment company. All you need to do is to create your product them upload an image of it. You can order a test copy to check out the packaging.

If you have photoshop you can even create your own disc design and insert and sleeve.

Clickbank is best for electronic products with affiliate sales.

Apoorv is correct - Clickbank only allows you to SELL digital products:

All products must be delivered to customers digitally, via web pages, downloadable files, or email within 24 hours of purchase. Immediate delivery is preferred. You must inform the customer at the time of purchase when they should expect product delivery.

But you can offer a physical product, but only under this condition:

You may also offer shipped delivery of printed media (for example books, CDs, and DVDs) to customers, provided that it is clearly complimentary and not essential to the operation of the original digitally downloaded product.

Kunaki is the way to go for fulfillment, but they don't offer a payment solution - however , there are a number of PayPal - Kunaki solutions available - just Google "PayPal Kunaki"

Clickbank are just a payment processor and will not fulfill or ship any orders for you. The shipped goods need to be provided by you. Vervante is the best company I have found to dropship the physical goods.

      Cheers,

I asked a similar question in another thread.

and do vervante charge a higher rate, if your cd-rom cover graphics are more complicated? {compared to being simple graphics} - due to more ink /ink colours getting used ? or they dont go into that much detail ?

and Will, have you tried Speakerfulfilment services? and compared it to vervante? how was that comparing ?

      Hey Will,

I'm unfamiliar with Vervante. I know Kunaki creates the DVD, prints 4 color on the DVD, creates the 4 color DVD cover sleeve, inserts the disc on the case, shrink wraps the whole thing and drop ships it - they charge $1 for the production and about $4.20 for the shipping - so total cost is $5.20

Does Vervante actually beat that deal? they don't publish prices on their site.

I think you might be wrong Rusty. You might want to check this out.

As far as I know, you can sell a digital product, (or shippable media) without it being a complimentary addon.

Another service (of which I think I will be using next year is disk.com) I recently got a quote on having 200+ page, 3 ring binders printed up with an accompanying CD, and total cost per unit was a crazy $15USD!

The only drawback though is the monthly fee, which is $150USD. Then of course you pay for shipping/storage ($3 per order)

        Hope this helps.

I think Vervante is a bit expensiver than that, but they have better support.

Will, what about disk.com, do you use them? have you considered them ?

Vervante is generally a little bit more expensive than Kunaki but you get what you pay for. Kuanki's prices are so cheap because they don't offer any real customer support which is fine if you are just doing small orders but if you are going to be selling a lot of CDs or DVDs then I prefer the piece of mind of knowing I can contact my account manager at any time.

Vervante also do printing so you can include printed materials as well. A black and white insert is 5 cents per page from memory which means you can include an upsell or offer with all products you ship which should help increase profits.

At the time I also got quotes from disk.com and Speaker fulfillment services. They were both more expensive than Vervante. From what I remember Speaker fulfillment services were only a little bit more expensive however disk.com really only works if you need to order large quantities. They usually require a minimum order so if you know you are going to sell 500 or 1,000 of a product, they can create it, keep it in their warehouse, and ship it out when needed. I don't think they deal very much in single drop ship orders like Kunaki and Vervante,
