promoting squezze page

Hi

I have a website and a squezze page that I ordered by mistake when I intended to order a monetised website. I have an opt in box in my website. My problem is by now I have a fairly good idea of the benefit of having your own website and how to market and promote and get traffic and so on. However, I am stuck with the squezze page that I do not know if there is really any need for it, and how to promote it. Is there any benefit in having a website with opt in box and having a separate squezze page. How do i promote the squezze page.

    Do you want to go the paid traffic or free traffic route. The pay traffic route means you will be paying Facebook or Google for targeted pay per click amounts. You will be able to see your squeeze page converts, fast. The cons are it can get expensive if you don't know what you are doing. The best form of free traffic is SEO. Front page of google for long tailed keywords. You will need to have some offpage and onpage seo skills. If you do not then it will be a crap shoot getting consistent targeted daily traffic. Forum marketing can get you decent traffic if you post threads and have a lot of value to give away. Video marketing can be great but your headlines will determine your initial click response. Video marketing can be a part of your SEO strategy. Free traffic is really you just paying for traffic with your time. If you want free traffic I suggest paying a SEO expert to help you land first page Google rankings for keywords that your target audience is searching for.

      To get a good ranking for Google using SEO involves puting in a unique content regularly. That is not possible with squezze page. That is why I say I understand some promotion for my website. But my problem is the squezze page. I do not see how you can get a good ranking for squezze page.

    i put up one of my Squeeze pages on a traffic exchange and i got alotta subscribers. there's alot you can do with a squeeze page, remember the money is in the list!

    Agree with jamesrich1, Video Marketing could help a lot to get targeted traffic. You need to do proper keyword research first of course.
