Need Advice On Worth of a Mesothelioma Blog Please

Hi, I have a question on what my blog may be worth. I have a mesothelioma blog that is a pr 5 and has many pr 3-4 pages. I think Google has given it authority, since I have seen my post's get indexed in minutes. Best part is I have top 3 rankings for a few lawsuit related keywords that avgerage about $110.00 CPC with adwords.

Also I get emails from normal people telling me how a family member died or has mesothelioma, and to advise them on what to do. The ROI on one of these cases is insane. I don't have adsense on it, but was thinking of maybe charging 300-1k a month for advertising on it or selling it out right to a lawyer.

The question I have is, what would a blog like this be worth. I stall when it comes to selling it, but I know I maybe sitting on a nice piece of property. If anybody can give me advice on what to do with it, or what price I should be asking for it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Guess it comes down to whether you want an income stream or a lump sum.

With Adsense you could probably earn at least the $300-$1K you were thinking of charging for advertising.

I'm afraid to use adsense, since one lead could add up to millions of dollars with one lawsuit. I tested for a couple days with adsense and only got 1-3$ clicks, since Google pays what it feels like paying. Do you have any idea of what I can ask for it in a lump sum if I sell it to a lawyer?

I'm surprised you only got $1-$3 clicks via Adsense given that mesothelioma ranks as one of the highest CPC's you can get.

If I had a site like yours, I would sell it for around $50K, but it does depend on competition and interest in your site.

Thanks for the ball park figure. Not sure about the 1-3 dollar clicks but I only tested it for a day or two a while back, not sure how Google determines what it pays.

If you're pulling in traffic and potential leads, you should consider keeping control of the site and LEASING the site to an attorney or law firm, either for a set monthly fee or a per-lead fee. Unless you need lump sum cash right now, that is.

Great advice, I was thinking the same thing. Lump sum is tempting though

Follow through with monetizing it before you sell it. Otherwise, you'll be getting a lot less for it. I'd try to get advertising revenue and Adsense revenue going, unless you get a big offer from a meso lawyer. If it had income, you could get big bucks for it on Flippa, most likely.

Another great idea also. Do you recommend an advertising price I should approach attorneys with?

I'd keep it and put adsense on it. Those are some huge paying clicks.

There are site value online but not accurate, if you want to know how much is your site worth, just create an auction account in godaddy, you will see your sites worth whether or not you intend to sell your website. in ebay also will help you how many buyer is interested in your site.
