How Much Is A Decent Startup Membership Site Worth?

I recently built a membership website at VideoMarketingSeries.com and I was wondering if anyone would weigh in on how much a site like this may be worth?

I am still putting on the finishing touches and the site has absolutely no traffic or sales or anything yet. I was thinking about possibly selling it, but I think it may produce a nice income stream.

Anyway, if anyone wants to weigh in with their suggestions and comments, they would be greatly appreciated.
