YouTube + Clickbank = ?

Hi everyone

Is anyone still banking some serious cash by promoting clickbank products through YouTube videos only? I got into SEO a couple months back and I'm having some success, but all my websites are currently #5-10 or page 2. Seems like going from page 2 or 1 to the top 5 does take some time.

In the meantime I'm experimenting with youtube and trying to promote some Health-related (not weight-loss) products there. From countless uploaded videos (well, not countless, about 30-40 ) I was able to make one sale - but except for two videos, none have any views, despite targeting very low-competition keywords.

So, anyone willing to share some experience with YouTube + Digital Products? Is it still a working approach and are you focusing on mass uploading or promoting only a few quality videos?

yea its still a great approach.

look into youtube sponsored videos... you can promote them like adwords but for pennies on the dollar and get tons of traffic.

Still youtube is a great source of traffic as well as some sales too

I will suggest you to upload your videos on sites like dailymotion, metacafe, etc because these sites also get a lot of traffic and also will increase your chances of sales because alone youtube isn't a player

Umm with youtube, similar to any other social media, you have to remember one thing.. mostly, people are there to relax, and every now and then someone is seeking an instructional video/information.

There are better ways to sell to them than putting a plain sales video up there.

Provide the information, mention, that you have even more information, if they sign up to your list.. then build relations and then sell. That's one way, this works for me, but I don't doubt there are people that can pull direct sales off youtube videos I just think having people on your list, listening to you, is better
