Wordpress Premium Theme With Developer License For Niche Sites?

I'm going to start offering niche site building to my customers and I'm wondering what Wordpress theme to use.

I want a professional looking theme obviously with developer option. I have Thesis but have a fee for each client site, so I'm wondering if you could recommend an affordable and not so complex Wordpress Premium Theme with developer option.

I want to build niche content sites for affiliate marketing, and I've been looking at Headway, Catalyst, Genesis.....

I'm liking Genesis the most, since is most affordable and has many child themes.

Any opinions?
