how can I build a list to unfamiliar audience?

I am a 48+ guy, and I found a great need for ebooks and products in a specific niche IN MY LANGUAGE (so its not an option for the English speakers, sorry...). I am actually on my way to finish the first ebook.
The target audience for this are 18-28 years old males (yes, you guessed, it's in the dating/pick-up niche) and my very superficial market survey showed me it's something that actually might work.
Problem is that I DON'T have a clue where to start from in building a list of 18-28 years old males, to start mailing in order to promote my own product.

How can I start building a list when I don't know ANYONE of the target audience to begin with? When I don't have anyone to start from? How do I start a list from REAL scratch?

    Well start at looking where your target audience is looking for that information you will be selling.

    Since it's information you're about to sell, I'm pretty sure at least some of those 18-28m are using
    1) Google. check out keywords, start ranking for them. Since it is not English you're after, it most likely will be easier.
    2) Youtube. same thing. rank for keywords
    3) social networks. think of something creative that has a potential to go viral
    4) since it's dating, surely they read magazines? I honestly don't think an ebook pitch would work in a magazine setting but why not look into it?

    Regardless of your niche, this is exactly the same thing for everyone in any niche.

    You want to put up the site and then get targetted traffic to sign up.

    Get targetted traffic by writing just one good quality article and posting it on Qondio.com and ideamarketers.com.

    Qondio.com it has to be never before published. If it is really good, it will get syndicated and get you lots of targetted traffic and good backlinks. It helps you now and later.

    Post on dating forums or forums where you market hangs out. Follow all their rules, of course and provide some value.

    Most people make this so complicated but once I got this down, I do it over and over for different niches.

    The key is to pick a good niche and good keywords for your niche in the first place.
