Okay, I have a niche ebook that I want written and I am trying to figure out what it would normally cost to get a 125ish page ebook written. I have a full time writer that I could get to do it for like $150 but I have been talking to an expert in the niche and would rather have him write it... I just want to get some advice on what this size job would normally cost. |

though its a Difficult question to answer i suggest you to write yourself there are many powerful softwares which will give you idea in writing. why dont you try them instead paying someone. if u wanna pay the the cost will depend on the writer and his skills, is he famous in writing and ofcourse about the niche you have chosen.

It depends what they charge... I think you'd be looking at $1,000+ if they know the subject well and *are* cheap. If they are TRUE experts... Many thousands. |

bangaram12 - I am not writing it myself b/c I don't know a whole lot about this market except how to sell to it. Also, I don't want to spend the time writing it. Platinum Matt - Thanks for that. They are an expert in the particular market, but not a professional or anything like that. I realize there are several people on this forum that would charge SEVERAL thousand dollars for a job like this. But, your reference of $1,000 on the low end helps me a lot. I will let them quote me a price but I didn't really know what to expect from them so I wanted to get a ballpark figure of what this would typically run. |

polarisworld - Thanks for the advice, but I am just looking for some details on pricing. I know how to find and hire writers, I have a full time article writer already and I am talking to someone else about writing this ebook for me, so the problem is not in finding the writer.

Depends on the topic, how much expert status is required in the field (how technical the topic is). Articles writers charge $7 - $8 per 250-350 word page for ebooks; established online ghostwriters charge $30 - $50 per page (similar word count); other ghostwriters who write a lot of offline content charge much more than that. Technical experts charge even more than experienced writers. Hope this helps. |

Without asking them you have no idea what this guy charges. Who knows - maybe this guy will do it for a comparable amount in which case you would have the expert write it instead of the full time writer? But even still...if you can pay someone to write you awesome content for only $1.00 per page then why not? |
