Ways to Have a Residual Income

What are the main methods of having a residual income?

It is just pointless to focus on something that doesn't make a long-term income!

thanks

Having a membership site or promoting a offer that charges monthly.

I've always thought about membership sites that charges monthly fees - but then it comes to what do I offer in there?

It got to be something that's new trend and updates often in order to keep the members stay inside!

So? am I suppose to grab the contents from another membership website? or? :|

Marketers generally drip feed content. Meaning you come up with the full concept of what all you will offer. Then give it bite by bite over the next 6 months or year or whatever amount of time you decide.

If you have 100 clients, that's $2000-$12000/month ,that means you'll have to be doing the service 100 times every month? is it really worth the invest?

To drip content at least when you're talking about a subscription site is to give you one piece at a time over a period of months. So it's like your getting a book but only get 1 chapter of that book per month or in the case of these sites they're usually referred to as modules. Hope that helps.

When you hear someone telling you what YOU can't do, they are usually talking about what THEY can't do.

I thought about building up the traffic with adsense, but someone once told me that google bans one's adsense account randomly just because they make alot of money out of it?

That's why I never invested my time in that.

Willie, how do you manage to create a facebook app/smart phone app in the very beginning when you have no experiences with anything? ie-programming, marketing strategies, etc.

I see- but according to E. Brian Rose, what does 4. Drip feed content via paid email subscription & 5. Drip feed content via paid membership site suppose to mean?

        Via other sources?

Thanks for doing what you do. It's hard for most people to recognize the sacrifice and how it effects your mind for the rest of your life. You might be outside of the theater in Kuwait, but as an Army nurse, I am sure you are seeing some pretty gruesome things coming in from the theater. Keep your chin up. You'll be home soon. I served in Somalia and a few other nasty tourist locations. Holidays can be lonely. Just know that there are folks thinking about you.

In addition to the above, promoting as an affiliate recurring commission products. You can find recurring commissions with membership sites and software. If creating a membership site or software doesn't appeal to you, promote it as an affiliate.

As long as your referrals remain members/users, you earn a commission each month. I do this decently for 4 products.

Well, off the top of my head, having a niche blog that contains product reviews and related info, a PLR store, and a membership site are three different ways to generate residual income. With a niche blog and a PLR store, you primarily generate passive income via the search engines. With a membership site, you charge people a monthly fee. There are also various other ways that these methods can make you money as well.
