I saw many people bashing Gurus all over. But I recently stumbled and researched some smart niche marketing businesses and I was like, wow, this guy knows how to sell stuff. (i'm also a member of digital marketer lab)

He used the new technique that many awesome marketers are using: giving calculators for free, giving them facts and then pitching them once they end up in area to download it. This technique work for lower end product ($27 to $97). It gives very high quality lead and easiness of making it viral or advertising.

They give away massive value, bond them using facts and pitch them after the pre-frame it.

Eben Pagan owns Calm Clinic, for anxiety treatment and using the exact same technique.

The content of calm clinic's triad technique video course is exact same as wake up productive, even the templates used for exercises are same. So he didn't did anything extra.

These big gurus are making a lot of money in niche marketing selling small products in many niches.

You can study them use the same methods. Don't see how they are launching their IM products, I made the same mistake but it doesn't work in other niches because every market is different.
