Ask Me About The Monkey? take 2...

The thread title is what Hypnotic Internet Marketer Joe Vitale has recently put on his business card.

Why you ask?

Joe says: "it stops your brain in its tracks. It makes you pause. It makes you focus on ME. The theory is that once you stop someone with a confusing line after it"

Personally I think its a little scary that marketers use these types of tactics, but at the same time I understand that hypnosis will only work if the subject is already interested and open to the subject.

I seen Frank Kern use this many times in his threads.

What do you think?

These "pattern interrupts" work great with kids too. When my four year old daughter's crying, one out-of-nowhere funny face from Dad ends the tears.
