I am new to Craigslist and was Ghosted? Is the account Dead?

I am new to marketing on Craigslist. And I was ghosted today. I think my ads were too much alike. At least that's what I am thinking after read about it.
What's next for my Craigslist account? As soon as I realized I was ghosted. I went back in a deleted my posts. And I have not post anything since.
Is the account dead now after that label? Or can I go back after a few day/weeks?

    You'll just keep getting ghosted. You need a new IP + new account, I'm guessing, it's been awhile since my CL days.

    I like to used to use image ads on CL to prevent from being ghosted. Make the ad in word and then screenshot it, crop it and post it into you CL ad. You can then host that image on a free photo hosting site and upload it multiple times to create different urls and then use each of those urls for a different CL add.

      I was using a image ad. I guess I will give it a few days and try again. I wish there was someone that did jusy what I did. So I would know for sure.

    u can still post ads and u can get live with the same account with different good ad copies.

    craiglist is very strict.You can't post similar add content.Now you need to change your ip before trying to make a new add post.

    Craiglist has so much rules
    and can be a real headache.

    I used craiglist in the past and
    haven't used it since. I've used
    backpage, kijiji and ebay classified.

    Even tho backpage and kijiji don't
    get as much traffic as craiglist there
    alot easier to use.

    To be honest for the past year I've
    stopped using both because posting
    to classified ads is too time consuming.

    There alot faster ways to generate traffic.
