If I were you, I'll made a post consistency from those 40 articles once a day.

Don't forget to rewrite article if you didn't got a unique content.

PS. In the period of this 40 days, you can find more content to put there and gaining some backlinks.

i set my sites up like that:

Only max 4 posts seen per page. Too much is NOT good, also in Google's eyes.

For sales-pages and landing pages from Adwords, i modified my "page" template so no menus are on the side (no archives, no recent posts etc..) and now ads are displayed. (There is a rumor Google frowns upon "blogs" when it comes to adwords.)

Furthermore, i make pages for "Privacy Policy", "Contact Us", "Terms/Legal" which show up as navigation tabs. Those are static.

The result: I still have a "normal" blog, but when i use it for adwords purposes i already have "contact us", "privacy policy" since they appear as navigation pane, no matter whether i display a "page" or a "post".

PLRPro has its own tool to post its articles to WP sites. It's a bit overshadowed by the current emphasis on their Green Button but it's still there and it works fine. Ask in the forum about it.

I'd recommend posting your articles as
blog posts and, as GeorgR suggests,
adding pages to cover your About, Terms
and Contact information.

If you use the All in One SEO Pack plugin
your links will be optimised for the search
engines.

I set my articles as posts. I create categories that I can it the articles in. Smoetimes this means a couple of categoriesare created and then I place them in the right category and publish them to the blog.

The reason posts are so much better than pages, is that posts are included in the feed, pages are not. So posts get broadcast all over thru the feed, getting you a lot more links.

* Use posts instead of pages
* Don't publish all of them on the same day. Use WP's "publish on date" function.
* Remove dates from your template if your articles are not time sensitive

* Use translation and podcasting plugins to multiply the effectiveness of your efforts...
