What's The Best Place To Look? (html, css)

Hi Everyone,

thanks for reading this post and your help.

Normally I use elance.com, sometimes guru.com,
warrior classifieds for everything, from small
to
large projects etc.

Anyways, I basically have a salespage that needs
to be cleaned up, put in tables and with a
stylesheet.

It's not a big job... maybe $20-$25usd.

But obviously to post a job on Elance.com it has
to be at least $50. And well, it doesn't seem
like a big enough job
to post anywhere, so I wasn't sure where to go.

Are there other sites I should look at?
Anything
like elance but just for html? Or like
99designs.com?

Basically, my question is: Where can I
find reliable, trustworthy coders/web designers
for small jobs like this one?
