Keyword Tool To Combine Lists

INTERNET MARKETING

I remember a keyword tool called RevenueWire or something to that effect that let me combine two lists of keywords to form a new list of keywords. For example, list one would have all the states, and the list two would just have "mortgages" and it would then combine the two to put "mortgages" before or after the list of states in the third column. I can't seem to find this tool now. Is there something similar available?

  If you're an Excel user, I have the ultimate tool to do just that (and way more). It combines word 1 with word 2, then word 2 with word 1, even three word combos, etc. etc.
  
  Some day it'll be a WSO, but I'd let you test drive it free if you want.
