Here's a list of sites that will take your RSS feed url from your WP (yoursite.com/feed/) or other site to help get your content syndicated. The Bulk Submit Tool at the top has more than a dozen RSS sites in it that you can submit to all at once.

This list is from a great RSS plugin by acmetheme.com

Just a note on RSSChomp, the submissions are processed manually now due to the amount of low-quality pages being submitted through these submission engines. Submit directly on the site so you can choose the correct category and have higher chances of being approved: Submit RSS Feed to RSS Chomp Feed Directory.

Aw I am sorry guys this service used to be 100% free and the login I use it still is. I have just tried opening a new account and you are right the first 5 submissions are free after them it is $4.99.

Those lists are very good but I personally I do not like anything automated and auto approved. Because most of those article directories has been spammed. Automated directory submission can lead towards the website's link to be marked as spam to the search engines and directories too.
