A Couple Hot Legal Niches

I belong to some legal sites and see questions that people or businesses are asking about and looking for help.

Here are two extremely hot topics on Avvo.com that people are repeatedly asking questions about.

Creative minds can probably find a way to monetize these issues:

1. Nude pictures sent via Facebook, cell phones, email. It is amazing how many women send nude pictures to their boyfriends. Then you know what happens - the break up. The pictures get passed around. Or someone is afraid they will.

2. Visa / H1B issues. The immigration system must be a mess, or visitors are not being given good information about how long they can stay and what their rights are.

If you were paying attention, I gave you a great resource where desperate people are asking for help on medical and legal issues. Where there's one, there's many. Just about all of these topics could be fodder for Adsense and CPA lead programs. From the nature of the resource you know people are searching for answers and not finding what they are looking for.

I think someone has to be pretty creative to monetize suggestion #1.
You're right about suggestion #2. People need easy grasping info not law terms and jargon.

    Thanks for sharing!

So what gives with the nude pictures. If the girl sent one to a boyfriend, what rights does she have or lose by sending it to him if he should distribute it?

Kinda tricky one... while we can say it's unethical from him to send those pictures through the Internet, does she owns copyrights or any other rights? How to prove it? How to prove he's the one that shares those pics around? OK, it can be done, but is it worth it?
