Promoting Loan Modification Service

Need to come up with creative ways to promote loan modification services. This is the first time I've attempted to sell a service online that's not IM related so I need some help.

So far I have a dofollow blog that gets traffic and comments but not from
homeowners. has Alexa @ 3M.

Will start to do more blog commenting for the main site and looking around for mortgage help forums to connect with property owners that are behind
in their mortgage payments and need assistance.

Tried an email advertising service that had Mortgage/Financing as a category. Had some hits but few visitors entered their information on the capture page I created.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Maybe do an interview with someone that works at a local bank to "spill the beans" about any "secrets" there are to get the bank to modify your loan...record it and offer it as a freebie for anyone who opts in.

Are you doing anything on the website to capture the emails of the people who visit it? Such as giving out a free ebook or something? Some of those visitors may be home owners that leave and plan on coming back but don't. You should really try to capture their emails to keep in touch with them.

The blog has a form at the top to capture emails offering a free consultation.
