1. Don't spend any money on WSOs (Warrior Special Offers). Instead, start searching this forum, in order to clear things out.
2. Do not hesitate to add your questions here. You will get hundreds of replies all form people who really know what they say.
3. Try to see the whole thing discussed here, namely, Internet Marketing, as a money making strategy. So, if this is the case, all you have to do is organize your tactics on how to make money. This practically means that you should divide your actions to certain steps that all should end in your goal, which is "making money through internet marketing".
4. If you achieve this, start distinguishing the useful stuff you have learnt from the useless one. Keep the first and organize your tactics according to it. Use as your partners to knowledge, those who provide this stuff -pm them, add questions to the WSOs they launch, etc.
5. When you are sure about these, make a subscription in the War Room, and start getting the WSOs that will help you set up your business.

Follow these rules and soon you will succeed. Do not be discouraged, if these seem too hard. They are normal things that you already do, during the time that you spend in front of your pc.

Just spend $37 one time fee to join the War Room. Then you'll get all the ebooks you could possibly read for free, plus a lot of other benefits.

You're the one who will have to do the research and decide what you want to do. There are no blueprints. No fast, easy cash systems in spite of the headlines you read.

Read a lot and then make your own plan and implement it.

I do agree with sbucciarel, join the war room, you will get lots of eBooks you can read and learn from. Asking someone to show you can be misleading, you need to look for what will work for you rather asking someone to show you what works for them and may not works for you.

wow, so much feedback so quickly, this is really cool. Im a bit scared, its going to be a steep learning curve, it took me 2 years to get the relationship side of things sorted out, i suppose it will take the same amount of time to really be making good money after i have made all the mistakes, just hope it doesnt cost me too much

You should definitely join the war room.

Also you are looking for a model to get
started with i believe affiliate marketing
would be the best place to get started
for a newbie.

Firstly welcome to the forum!

You need to start start educating yourself with internet marketing before you go ahead and buy anything. There is a horde of free information out there. This forum itself is a goldmine. I have been marketing online for 3 years now, but every time I log on, I always find out something new no matter how small it may be.

To start with do some researching, don't jump into anything to quickly. As you will learn there are thousands of ways to make money online, you just need to find something that works for you and of course you are interested in.

Have a look around this forum, I promise you will find almost everything you are looking for. There are some people here that have gone on to make a profitable business just from the FREE info provided here.

So just be patient!

I disagree with most of the posts above.
I think there are some critical factors you need to get right before even consider starting,

Such as:
Knowing your own strengths
Learn how to research
Learn different strategies.
When you got a clear overview of all the opportunities and you know your strength.
Then you can start making an plan that will be the best for you and develop an efficient marketing strategy,
Jumping into affiliate marketing without any knowledge isn't efficient.
It might give you a buck or two, but not an geometricly growing business and costumer relationship which is essential for building any online business.
There are tons of good information on the Internet, but bad as well the key is to learn how to sort between them.
If you got Skype I am more than willing to help you out guiding you between the obstacles.

Thank you for pointing my offer out, I've realized that it is really hard to get on the right track with just reading, since most peoples are totally new and have no clue what kind of information to look up - which both can make the learning curve extremely long as well as investing some bucks you could spare the first place if you had an mentor.
I believe that investing my time helping peoples out will benefit in the long terms, Will get a positive word out as well as an positive influence on Internet marketers which I would like in my reputation.
I'm not an scammer neither going to misguide you; I am just a normal person willing to help out a fellow marketer lost/new in the woods.

Hey Dream tunnel,

Welcome to internet marketing heaven.

I suggest you spend as much time in this forum learning your trade.

There is a Tonne of FREE help and information avaialble as well as the warror special offer area.

If you are looking for help to get started you really first need to spend a bit of time looking at all your options and which road to go down.

You really do have so many choices and there are 1000s of happy warriors making money with many different ways.

I would honestly say go grab as much FREE stuff as you can then go and do a lot of reading and take it from there.

In the meantime if you need to generate cash quickly i would have say ebay is just about the easiest way of making money online.

I say this because ebay is full of buyers for every single product on earth. Just find some products, get them listed and they will sell! (TRUST ME)

Hi dreamtunnel, my strategy so far has been a little different... I jumped in before doing too much research, spent a few bucks for a website already made for me (bought on Flippa). I'm not making money yet, but it's very early days. From my very brief experience so far, success doesn't come from getting up an running quickly, but for those above who say jump in and just do it... the benefit of that (and it's painful some days, don't get me wrong) is that you say, wow, that didn't work out, so let's try something else. There's a balance between being rudderless and scattered on the one hand, and just plowing forward with a theory, trying it out, and then changing course or adjusting. Tim Ferris and others advocate with going all in (without spending huge bucks) and then adjusting and tweaking based on results. Just don't hope that results will come though... if your experiment is not yielding anything, change quickly based on the best (free) data you can get. Good luck... I'm in the same boat as you are!

ok thanks guys, seems like a cool place. I have picked up that the first thing I need to do is to find a niche...and i guess its better to find a niche that suits who you are.

I have a lot of DJ experience so I am thinking of an online DJ coaching system

I also have worked for a guy who has a franchise of a popular alternative clothing label so i could maybe open an online shop

so i have to sort of ideas i could work on, any suggestions on where to go from just having an idea and putting it out there?

As previously stated by others here, search this forum for lots of free info (keyword research, advertising with social media, setting up a blog either free or buying a domain, learn SEO, free advertising methods, etc.)

Later you can join the War Room and learn lots more.

Learn on YouTube also. Lots of good Adsense tips videos and videos on how to create blogs with WordPress there.

Start practicing setting up Free Blogs on Weebly, Typepad, LiveJournal and Blogspot.

Use Facebook, Twitter and Free Classified Ads on CL, Backpage, OLX and others to get traffic to your blogs.

And just keep at it, and keep learning. Never quit and you will succeed.

I actually believe that you shouldn't dive right into the war room yet unless you already have some experience in IM, there are plenty of free IM books online for FREE so get yourself famaliar to IM before getting so in depth in it. If you could make a couple of spare money then I suggest investing on the war room service.

Get only ONE ebook at a time, even if it's free. Only do one thing at a time!

I would get a hosting account and a personal domain. You can blog about what you are learning, what you are doing. It starts building age on that domain and you can use it for backlinks when you start learning more. You can also use it to learn Wordpress.

First thing to learn is keyword research and determine a course of action. Do you want to do CPA, PPC, article marketing, affiliate marketing? If affiliate, clickbank or Amazon or what?

I am new too and I will say the biggest thing holding me back is trying to learn everything before taking action. Learn a little, take some action, learn a little more, take more action. Don't flood your harddrive with ebooks and bomb out your email with lists...you just end up ignoring them. Or at least, I do. It's disheartening.

Here are my tips for you:
- read Warrior Forum
- read: SEOmoz (they have great Whiteboard Fridays videos), SEO Book, Searchengine land,
- it takes time, there is no easy and magical way to be experienced
- you have 2 methods of learnig: gain knowledge, and do your own experiments

If you are really want to start from the beginning you can go to SmartPassiveIncome (com) done by Pat Flynn where he has great post about backlinks step by step.
