What Would You Do With A Shopping Cart Domain With a Blog Subdomain? Advice Needed
A friend has a niche shopping cart gift site i.e. domain.com which sells products that she ships. Only sells a few thousand dollars per year and she would rather focus on other income streams. Url apprasal puts the value of domain.com at $18K.
She has blog.domain.com that gets 30,000 to 40,000 page views per month. Super popular even though she hasn't regularly updated the site for over a year. In 20-20 hindsight, would have been better to do two seperate domains for blog and gift.
Any ideas of what to do with the two sites to maximize her return while getting her out of the order taking and physical shipping business?
