What is Your Opinions On Site Flipping?

To be honest, Desmond, my opinion is that you're asking for our opinion on site flipping, while at the same time stating that you make "a very satisfying income from site flipping," just to promote the blog flipping link in your signature file.

Hey Mike, I don't think it is right to jump into conclusion like that. Desmond like me is not an English speaking person. I have visited his site and I don't think he will go to that extent to promote it as he is not even selling anything at the blog.

Hi guys,

Opps.. never realized that I was actually "promoting" something.

I am just here to ask what everyone thinks about site flipping. I know some people think of it as inconsistent and everything -- and as large portion of my income is from site flipping, it would be wise to follow the flock if you get what i mean.

Well, sometimes I guess it's wise to know how other people are doing and how other people see us in another point of view.

He asked for an opinion, so I gave it. My opinion would be the same if he was a native English speaker or a long-time Warrior member.

What difference does it make whether we think site flipping is "cool?" Asking whether we think it's reliable seems moot, as he says he's making a very satisfying income from it.

So I stand by my original response.

I have to say I came to pretty much the same conclussion as Mike. Why do you care whether it's cool or even more importantly whether anyone else on here thinks it's cool? If you're making "a very satisfying income" is it important to you what other's think?

And as for being reliable you claim on your site "Most of my students are easily generating a few thousands a month". You're claiming that your students are easily making money and that would suggest that it's reliable.

Yes, I can say that this method of monetizing is reliable. The only problem is that I have a hard time replying emails to people who are asking me about site flipping.

Sometimes it's good to know what people who have already heard of site flipping (which is all of you Warriors) thinks about site flipping.

I personally believe that this is a good way for me to know what I am doing and what i am standing on in this business.

Here's how you play nice in a forum with a lot of smart and not easily fooled IM'ers:
1) Post a thread about how you flip sites. Give examples and let people see how you did it.
2) Give value to the forum and don't try to sneak peeks at your sig. line with thinly veiled sales attempts like this one.
3) Realize that there are many people who flip sites and sell ebooks on the subject. Look over at the wso forum.

I agree with most everyone else here. Who cares what other people think about you or your methods. If you are flipping sites and doing well then Good for you. It would be nice to share some of your success secrets with the forum. We are all here to help each other right?
