    Hi Tony,

First, I like the look that you have created. The bright look and the pictures speek of health.

The only thing I would say is this.

    You have a tittle "

    Benefits of Eating Fruit

After that the only thing is small font, and big paragraphs. At first glance, I would move on. In a nutshell. Too much indepth reading with nothing to hook me in.

Perhaps a interesting fact that I will learn by reading the larger bodies of text?
Perhaps through out the paragraphs some quotes that capture important points that I will learn if I read more?

These are just thoughts. Take them or leave them as you see fit. I am in no way a website guru. My advice is based from the perspective of a Web surfer.

If I were to land on your site my reaction would be to move on.

With no way of quickly knowing why I should take the time to read more I would move on.

Again, there are many things about your site that are outstanding. Great job.

I hope that my perspective helps.

    Best wishes.

    To add,

I looked at your blogg again. I noticed the artical about running. It stood out for me because of the tittle you used.

Will Running Help me Lose Weight?

That is much more catchy then the other tittles. It is a question to me witch creates intersts. I want the answer when I hear the question.

This is the kind of hook that promps me to keep reading.

    Best,

I think it looks great. Nice and clean. Good, informative content. Did you write the content yourself or outsource? I think you'll do well with it.

    Tony,

What are you hoping to achieve with this blog? Do you want people to interact with you? Do you want them to buy something?

If you want people to start interacting and discussing what you write then perhaps you should open the comments section on your blog. Your topics are good and informative, but then what?

Ask your readers some questions that they can answer in the comments section.

      Hi Tony,

      - Site is clean, layout is proper, colors are friendly and well balanced, text is easy to read and informative.

      - On your about me page you encourage readers to contact you, but your contact form is on another page. If you'll also put it to the about me page after your introduction, then people don't need to go to another page to fill the contact form. If you don't, chances are people click away from your site.

      - The call to action of 'Subscribe in a reader' is great. But not everyone use reader because of aversion. A lot of people prefer sign up by e-mail. Put an email sign up form there too and offer some incentive for your readers to sign up. Build your list.

      - I cannot find comment opportunity on your posts. As Diana suggets, the commenting opportunity helps you to build a responsive community.

      - I also cannot find your sitemap. But Google loves that.

      Many successes,

      Sandor

I agree with the others about enabling comments. Also, it might be good to make diseases it's own tab so people don't have to click twice to locate them. As your blog grows in posts, that might make it easier to navigate. Good information. Also, the e-mail newsletter is a good idea and when you hear back from people you'll get more of a sense of what people are interested in learning. I have a yoga newsletter and received some requests for yoga during pregnancy which was helpful to find out.
