10k visitors in 3 days

I just checked my email and i found this :
Dear wlcked,

We would like to start from exchanging ad with your site for 10,000
member visits.

So its basicly 10k free hits to my crappy free site, on which i gave up a week ago, from a big site with Members: 95,634 registered users ^^
i will get 10k bonus views in 3-4 days max, but don't know what to put as a content of it ...
it was about a ptc and gpt programs etc etc ... any ideas

?

Will these visitors be targeted to anything in particular?

What will they be looking for?

The visitors may not be any good, or part of some "paid to surf" scheme.

Are you paying for this?

Nope i am not paying, i am doing an ad exchange with a site, which i have no idea why decided to exchange 10 000 visitors with my site, since i can't bring even 100 visitors to their site. Yep the target is kinda targeted becouse my site was about PTC programs etc and the visitors are coming from a PTC site
Each of them will stay atleast 30 secs on my site. Now i am going to "revive" my old crap site and make it look a little better

P.S. I exchanged ads with the same time 2 weeks ago but only for 2000 views which i got from them and i really thought that they ignored my email to them - asking for more exchanges, but fortunatly they answered me today agreeing for 10 000 views instead of 2000 this time :]
This is huge for a newbie like me ( this is my first site, which i make mostly for fun and to see what will happen from it and it's with a free hosting and domain - that's bad since they have 1 huge adsense panel on the top of the page staeling big part of my revenue, but yet its a risk free investnent anyway - there is no such thing as a free lunch anyway )
