You might want to check out odesk.com. Elance and Guru are the biggest of the lot. Some freelancers have found great success with Rentacoder and getafreelancer.com. Others include: ifreelance.com directfreelance.com online-writing-jobs.com freelancewritinggigs.com I hope this helps. Ash |

VirtualVocations.com is a membership site (I think it's $14.95 a month) that has lots of work from home opportunities in a number of fields. About a quarter of their offerings are for writers. The people who advertise through VV are not IMers, but they need IM content. They seem to pay quite a bit better than people in the IM niche. It's not uncommon to find articles at 5 cents a word there. Some of the jobs are one-offs, but others want a steady flow of content. Other than the monthly membership fee, there are no fees to apply for any jobs. Stacy BTW - that's not an affiliate link. |

Also, search for demand studios. They are in charge of sites like ehow.com They pay like $15 per 400 word article, and approve new writers pretty quickly. At least with them, you can expect immediate work.

| Lol I came to this thread expecting to recommend demand studios. And, of course, the post a few minutes before me beats me to it...
