A-Z of must dos for new site

Hi

I need some guidance !

Assuming that my site is for example , a site selling second hand cars, and only second hand cars. Nothing else.

Im not running many sites , just 1 - so i dont need tools for multi domains etc. , nor do i need tools for providing seo for third parties.

Assuming I have a decent budget, what would the recommeded strategy be and what would be the key tools required to enable me to build the SEO of the site up myself over time. I could hire third parties but long term i think this may be quite expensive - so doing at least all the basic stuff regularly and well is essential, and later hopefully, more adv stuff too ..

I prefer to buy tools one off, even at higher cost rather than get locked in to yearly contracts. But of course that all depends upon the quality of the soft and of course the user lol !

I already have sb and use it for scraping urls, keywords etc. I also trialled quite a few others with mixed results. - so like to get a better expert opinion form people who actually use these softwares on a day to day basis.

I do expect to do quite a lot of articles - as that is key to getting a good ranking, so i need the capability to do this myself and i def need to be able to add sites. thats a must.

thanks in advance for any advise.

Write as many articles as you can, say for example you get 10 articles written. Rewrite all of them again, so you now have 20 articles. Write those articles based on the related searches area which is usually at the bottom of the Google search results once you've typed in your main keyword and hit search.

Then once you've got your articles, add them to your site gradually, have the original 10 on your website, and the others distribute via article directories, and social bookmarking sites. This way you'll get loads of backlinks. You can use software like article marketing robot and bookmarking demon if you wish, or you can do it manually. But, this will help your rankings get better.

That's all for now hope it helped!

    Jack.

You can't stop people from stealing your content. If you have time you can search for them and send them a dmca notice, but that is quite time consuming... It's just part of the game.

A very good tool for seo is senuke. If you say you have the budget than you should definitely consider it. It's not a one time payment like you would prefer though, you have to pay monthly. There are also lots of VPS services out there that will rent you a VPS prepackaged with all the best seo tools such as senuke, scrapebox, xrummer, etc... for super cheap, usually about $50/month while the seo tools included in the VPS are worth more than $300/month themselves, just look at the warrior for hire section to find one. I believe it would be a good solution for you if you want to do your seo yourself.

        Hi,
I would like to tell A-Z for a new website (presuming having domain name and hosting)

        1) Upload Wordpress with a simple but attractive theme.
        2) Install SEO plugin and some security plugins too.
        3) Make a habit to post good Content daily (at least weekly). (First learn that what is a good content according to SEO , never ever start content writing with keyword stuffing , which most of the new comers do)
        4) Share your website on all Social networks you are already connected with.
        5) Time to get High PR backlinks , (Never go with quantity , just go with Quality.). Don't buy High PR Backlinks because most of them are useless(they use different black-hat techniques to get high PR). Just find out ways to create high PR backlinks or contact a Well reputed SEO company if your budget is high.

        Thanks
