Adsense Payouts - What's Your Experience?

Hey gang,

I recently got into niche blogs with Adsense and I was curious how well Google pays out. I am getting to my $100 minimum payout primarily from one site and I am really curious what to expect since I have never received payment from them before.

I'm assuming that because they are a world-class organization, that they are honest and payout when they say that they will? Will they just mail the check to me when the time comes?

Has anyone reading this had any bad experiences with Google Adsense payouts? Anything I should be aware of? Im sure all will go smoothly.

I have never had any late payments from them.

The one thing to pay attention to...

Unless you're getting a big check, the envelope looks like junk mail. So careful not to throw it away.

LOL, that's nice to know! I could see myself throwing it away. I think I will switch to the direct deposit though. Thanks!

Payments directly to my bank - on time every time! Checked my account this morning and saw the lovely message "payment in progress". I'll have it tomorrow.

It's important to realize google pays the month AFTER you meet the $100 threshhold. That causes some confusion but is clearly explained on their site.

They pay like clockwork every month! You should sign up for direct deposit as you get it sooner and it's so much fun to see that deposited right into your bank account!

Another on time every time. Directly to my bank. I took down all of my pages to start all over. Cant Wait to get started again.

I'd almost forgotten about the junk mail issue Back before they had direct deposit my first check almost hit the trash too

Now days though, into the bank direct like clockwork. Usually between the 25th and 27th but I was pleasantly surprised to see it come before Christmas this past year. Usually if there's a holiday it arrives a day or few after.
