Need Traffic

I just launched a new article directory site.I'm wondering how I can get traffic to it and also get authors to sign up and submit articles. I hate PPC and manual traffic exchanges.Are there are proven methods that work? Also let me know what you think about my website.Link is in my signature.

Seems like what most people say is to work with a SEO. That will help you with traffic to your site.

I think sites like Unique Article Wizard submit their "spun" articles to directories if you just sign up with them.

You should probably also do some article marketing yourself (as well as social marketing) to boost your Page Rank, which will attract even more authors to your directory.

I think it also makes sense to refuse really crappy articles from your directory, since EZA has become so powerful by being picky about what they accept.
