(FB Ads) How to Earn Cash for New Marketers and Build a Sustainable Business

Thought I would share some thoughts on how new internet marketers (or even those of you who are experienced and just want to learn more) can start earning residual income fast online and build a sustainable business.

I know a lot of people have posted about posting gigs on Fiverr and Odesk and earning money from that - but that is NOT a business (unless you can outsource the delivery of a very successful Fiver Gig).

A real, sustainable business is one where you build the system and the system creates ongoing income and profits.

There's nothing wrong with trading time for dollars - it's just not my style.

1) SUPER-Niche Traffic

SUPER-niche traffic is the way to go. And the cheapest, quickest, and most sustainable way to get super-niche traffic is...

a) Niche Joint Ventures

If you find a guy with a list of 800 beekeepers in Maine and you sell beekeeping equipment in Maine, that's a SUPER-niche list (and very valuable to you), but you're not likely to find any lists that niche.

JV's are absolutely one of the best marketing tactics, but it doesn't work too well for noobies because your list isn't big enough... YET!

That's why you should use...

b) Facebook (Specifically FB Ads)

Facebook ads are SUPER-niche. WAY more niche than Google or any other kind of PPC.

Why is it SUPER-niche?

Well, here's an example:

Let's say you are a competitor of Groupon. You've got this hot deals site and you want some super-niche traffic. Do you spent $.50 a click on Google Adwords?

SAY HELL NO!

You go to Facebook, create 10 ads with different copy/pictures and you TARGET GROUPON'S FAN PAGE!

They have over 300,000 people, who obviously like getting deals, so why not advertise to them?

And what will you pay per click? Well it depends (obviously), but let's say it STARTS out at $.50 and is even with Adwords (not likely, usually even the initial FB bids are cheaper).

But your ad is SUPER-niche, remember? And your click-through will be high. Especially if you use decent headlines like,

"Do you like Groupon? blah blah blah.."

"Think Groupon's good? Try us....."

Ninja FB Ads Secret: Make sure in EVERY ad you put "Click "LIKE" below to... (give them a reason to click).

Why?

Because when someone clicks LIKE on your Ad, you don't pay for the click (cuz they didn't click your link, just your like button for your fan page).

Custom Fan Pages - Your landing page for your ads should be (almost always) a Facebook Fan Page custom tab.

Why? - Facebook lowers your bid drastically if you drive traffic within FB vs. outside of FB. So much cheaper clicks.

Also, with a custom FB landing page (Squeeze page, with your opt-in form and a SUPER-NICHE reason for them to opt-in).

You can create a free FB landing page with the Static HTML app. If you don't know HTML, just google whatever it is you're trying to do. You can copy/paste your opt-in form HTML from Aweber or whatever autoresponder you use.

I've created several fan pages with over 20,000 fans using this strategy and build large lists quickly as well.

Note: For those of you who have balls, you can create a Fan Page for someone else's new, fast-growing business (or an old business that still hasn't figured out what FB is), a hot trending topic (like Ginger White - who the hell is that? You can search Google Trends for hot topics) or for some other reason where other people would be looking for that page/business on FB or online.

Then what? Well, you can sell the page to the business owner, or if it's a hot trending topic, you can take advantage of the free viral traffic. Sweet!

2) Free Offers that Pay on the Backend

There are lots of free offers that pay on the back-end.

Why do I like free offers that pay on the back-end?

a) It's EASY to sell.

It's very easy to sell free stuff. There's no risk. If they don't like it, who cares? It's free!

b) It can build your list fast.

Selling free stuff can build your list fast so you can start doing more JV's and working on bigger projects and product launches.

c) Residual Income = Long-term success, one-time sale = one-time success.

I'm all about residual income. I'd rather earn $1,000/m for the rest of my life than earn $10,000 right now. That's just my personal preference.

My favorite free offer right now is Text Cash Network. It's free to sign up and you get paid $1.50/m for everyone that registers.

If you know of other ways to earn residual income quickly online, I'd love to hear it - post your comments and thoughts below.
