Large Affiliate Site Layout Question

Hey guys hope all has been well it's been awhile since I have been on here been working hard on a few sites

I am in the process of creating an affiliate site that will review multiple products within a given niche. On my single product sites I usually don't have a category section on the right hand side, just an affiliate banner. With this site I think it would be wise of me to create categories for seo purposes and layout.

Should I put the banner below the category listings on the right hand side, or should I bring categories to a left side bar and keep the banner on the right? I don't want this to be cluttered just simple. If you have experience in larger affiliate marketing sites would love to hear your feedback thanks and hope this made since.

    Hi Jeff,
    Your question isn't difficult to answer but you haven't described site layout properly. If describing layout is bit difficult for you then just put a link to image of how your current layout appears. A proper solution is always ready.

    Thanks Nrupen, well right now it's not designed yet, I am putting together my keywords and brainstorming the layout and getting a header designed. I am using wordpress flexibility theme if you are familiar with it. Basically the site is 1000px total, 700px for posts, 300px right side bar. Hope that's a good enough idea of what the structure will look like. Thanks again for your response.
