I recently did this experiment with two article writers. One normally charged $10 for a 400 word article and the other one charged $4 for a 500 word articles.

I gave both of them a project of about 20 articles each. Surprisingly the writer charging $10 was way lower in quality in comparison to the one charging $4 per article.

What do you guys have to say on this?

    might of been a coincidence. Do a bigger study to get a fuller picture. I always judge on statistics. Try the study with 20 article writers or so. Then we can talk.
