INPUT NEEDED: Building an expert system on "make money online"

Do you think an expert system on the make money online niche would work ?

Making money online is a big field, there are so many ways to do so.
Certain people have different skills and other factors that might affect them.

Depending on your knowledge you could give a solutions to different people based on certain factors

The system would be web based.

So questions 1 = bla bla bla
option A option B

Depending on which option that is chosen and different set of questions would be displayed with different options. Basically a decision tree.

Once all the questions have been answered a solution would be given.
So in sense you cater to "all" people. Instead of a simple pdf file with information "as is".

This is provided you know how to make money online in different ways.

I would like some feedback. Do you think this would work well ?

Michael

MMO is a big niche, what about it can you teach?

More than "bla bla bla" I hope, cuz we have plenty of that already.

I have a few methods that have worked for me. I'm concentrating on the concept, not whether the methods work or not. We've all noticed the amount of post around that say

"how can I make money online"

    and nothing else.

Maybe something like this would work. What does everyone else think ?

People love to do quizzes. Quizzes are fun.

They hate tests. It's a matter of language. I think
this is what you want to do? Make a multiple-choice
quiz system to analyze and funnel leads into different
offers depending on their experience and interests?

I've thought about that. It would be a cool way to
generate leads to sell, that's for sure.

What do you mean by "you're concentrating on the concept, not whether the methods work or not"?

Right now, I'm getting the impression that you're going to be having some sort of survey where people only see one question at a time. Right after they answer, they see the steps they need to take to make money online based on their responses.

The problem I see with that is, people who want to learn money online want their education to be simple, yet concise. If you make them jump through hoops and then don't tell them exactly what they need to do to make money online, then they'll be frustrated.

So what will you be teaching? What questions will you be asking people?

      Thanks for replys.

I have limited programming skills so I've only been able to make the script show one questions at a time.

Basically I will be asking questions like
      "Are you familiar with HTML"
"Do you know how to use Cpanel"
"Do you have money for monthly expense"

I could "teach" basic affilate BUM marketing for someone who has no money to spend, no idea of html.

      you're concentrating on the concept

What i meant was whether this idea of being "unique" will work, stir interest etc

        Michael,

I'm struggling to see the added value here so forgive me. The way you're explaining it seems very convoluted, IMO, and if you're dealing with someone who knows little of IM they probably wouldn't understand terms such as HTML and CPanel to start with.

Just taking this as an example; Travis Sago, who created the Bum Marketing concept, already has a free course that does this. Why not just put a link to it? Or are you trying to monetise it for yourself? If that's the case you're dealing with people who you say would have no cash in the first place so it might be a tricky sell.

If I'm missing something here I apologise, but the impression I'm getting is that you're maybe overcomplicating things.

          Hi Nigel

If they dont understand HTML or cPanel I could perhaps send them links on how to learn basic HTML and Cpanel ?
Yes I was thinking that myself, to just send them a link to Travis Sago page or other exisiting methods. I would act as the middle man. I suppose the best thing out of this idea is to build a list. ie when they get to the last question "enter your name and email for the solution"

Does the whole idea sound complicated ?
