Making money with job boards?

Hey warriors,
I have seen folks in the past making good money with specialized job boards, taking advantages of free content, high traffic and people need for work.

Is it nowadays still a good business, or are they dying?

Thanks!

I'm not familiar with this, but would look into it as well and give you my feedback. Are you aware of any of these type of job boards that you could post here for a review?

    Thanks, Lori P.

Do you mean promoting an employment opportunity where then the job seeker
Ends up paying for whatever you are promoting? IE surveys and stuff?

Well, I saw them monetized in honorable ways:
      - advert
      - additional services
      - fee to post job/search job

Actually job boards is a great way to monetize your site (if it is relevant to your content) and you don't have to build your own job board you can use platforms like donanza which syndicates the most popular job boards in the internet and you can use it in your site. If someone applies in a job and get hired you get a small percentage or people can pay you to have their own job offer featured in your own job board...
