weight loss / diet sales down now?

Hey,

Just wondered, who's experienced a drop on diet / weight loss sales over the past month. Haven't changed anything major on the site and a real drop, but i guess that's normal?

Si

Hmmm, one thing I do know is that August/September and December is the slowest months when it comes to health related niches.

Think about it, it is after the summer AND it is a time of festivity.

However before the summer and January is the biggest time of the year.

Yep - Wait until after the holidays die down. People don't want to diet after the fall holidays because they know Christmas/New Years/Sylvester is coming up, and figure they'll start after THAT.

I plan on doing a health niche launch and waiting until then just because I know it's almost pointless to launch now.

      Hey there...

I've experienced the same exact thing.

I'm in the fat loss niche on clickbank too.

Sales are down, haven't changed a thing and optins are still the same....

I think it's because right before the holidays...

PS. Awesome hook man. Shoot me a PM, maybe we can help each other out.

They're probably opting in because they're getting ready to make that all important New Year's Resolution and they want to be prepared, keeping it all in on the back burner over the holidays.

I do know some weight loss folks who sell books (ebooks mostly) and they say that they sell more in January then the rest of the year combined!

Its already been said above but TRUST ME....from a guy who worked in the workout/supplement industry for 5 years that it picks right back up after New Years Day. People begin the whole NY resolutions/goals and begin a strict regiment. That will continue right up until late summer so hang on.....another month or so and it will kick into high gear

I think a lot of people just don't have the money right now. And.....with 1/6 of the population now hungry, um......they are probably losing weight anyhow.

Actually, most of your buyers are probably buying for Christmas and other holidays right now.
